INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS
Where Inspiration and strategy converge to produce life-changing results! These 4-part workshops are held
once weekly for four weeks and offer 25 minutes of content, 15 minutes of networking, training materials
and follow-up mentoring and coaching.($25 per person)

Learn to lead with influence, gain respect and recognize your self-worth
through the power of Servant Leadership.
IDENTITY CRISIS
Free yourself from the guilt and unforgiveness while gaining confindence by becoming
authentic and learning the value of being vulnerable and honest.
CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Realize your authority and how wisly influence others based on fact and truth.
Learn effective communication and skills and how to better manage your time.
Trip #1: Restore My Soul
3-day program in Tecate, Mexico for groups from 15-50
- Instruction on Servant Leadership and relationship building
- Learn to communicate more effectively with others
- Ways to use your creative talents to help those in need and make a real difference in the world
- Critical Thinking Tool Kit
- Transportation to and from all team activities
Includes: All building materials and tools needed to construct one 16’x20’ house.
Trip #2: God’s Revelations
1-day program in Tecate, Mexico for groups of 10 or less
- Instruction on Servant Leadership and relationship building
- Learn to communicate more effectively with others
- Ways to use your creative talents to help those in need and make a real difference in the world
- Critical Thinking Tool Kit
- Transportation to and from all team activities
Includes: All building material and tools needed to construct one 10’x12’ house.
Trip #3: Restore My Faith in Humanity
1-day local program for any size group
- Instruction on Servant Leadership and relationship building
- Learn to communicate more effectively with others
- Ways to use your creative talents to help those in need and make a real difference in the world
- Critical Thinking Tool Kit
- Transportation to and from all team activities
- Face masks in public areas
- Physical distancing
- Frequent hands washing and use of sanitizors

Club Casa is a subsidiarity of Club Dust who is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. All program costs that go toward the home-building portion of these programs and any financial or tangible donations provided will be directed to them for use and distribution.
